РОЛЬ ФОЛИЕВОЙ КИСЛОТЫ ПРИ ПЛАНИРОВАНИИ И В ПЕРИОД БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ

Статья посвящена роли фолиевой, или птероилглутаминовой, кислоты (витами-на Вс) в период преконцепции и беременности. Фолиевая кислота участвует в пуриновом обмене, который определяет нормальное развитие эмбриона. Тератогенный эффект при дефиците витамина Вс проявляется в нарушении развития нервной трубки. Показано, что последствия дефицита фолиевой кислоты в период беременности проявляются в нарушении физического (замедление роста у детей) и психического развития новорожденных, а также в снижении устойчивости к инфекционным заболеваниям. Витамин Вс также играет важную роль в профилактике возникновения дефектов развития нервной трубки. В связи с большой протективной ролью фолиевой кислоты для формирования здорового генофонда человека является актуальным назначение фолиевой кислоты перед зачатием и в первые 28дней беременности, когда отмечается наиболее низкое содержание витамина Вс в организме женщины. Рекомендуемая суточная доза фолиевой кислоты в период преконцепции, беременности и лактации составляет 400 мкг в день.
На фармацевтическом рынке Республики Беларусь присутствует лекарственный препарат, содержащий в таблетированной форме 0,4 мг фолиевой кислоты, производства ОАО «Борисовский завод медицинских препаратов». Фолиевая кислота 0,4мг (BORIMED) – единственный на рынке Республики Беларусь монопрепарат безрецептурного отпуска из рекомендованных ВОЗ в дозе 0,4 мг/сутки в период преконцепции и во время беременности в качестве первичной профилактики врожденных пороков развития нервной трубки новорожденных.

THE ROLE OF FOLIC ACID IN PLANNING AND IN THE PERIODOF PREGNANCY

The article is devoted to the role of folic or pteroylglutamic acid (vitamin Bc) during preconception and pregnancy. Folic acid is involved in purine metabolism which determines normal development of the embryo. Teratogenic effect in vitamin Bc deficiency is presented in the disorder of the neural tube development. Сonsequences of folic acid deficiency during pregnancy are shown to be presented in the physical (growth retardation in children) and mental disorder in the development of newborns as well as in the depletion in resistance to infectious diseases. Vitamin Bc also plays an important role in the prevention of the neural tube defects. In connection with a great protective role of folic acid for the formation of a healthy human genepool, it is important to prescribe folic acid before conception and in the first 28 days of pregnancy when the lowest content of vitamin Bc in a woman's body is noted. Recommended daily dose of folic acid is 400 mcg/day during preconception, pregnancy and lactation.
On the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Belarus there is a medicinal product containing 0,4 mg of folic acid in a tablet form manufactured by BORIMED. Folic acid 0,4 mg (BORIMED) is the only over-the-counter single monodrug on the market of the Republic of Belarus recommended by WHO at a dose of 0,4 mg/day during preconception and pregnancy as a primary prevention of congenital neural tube defects in newborns.
